This policy applies to all orders placed from outside the United Arab Emirates (UAE), including GCC and international customers.

By placing an order with Creative Digital Stamps, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.


1. International & GCC Shipping

We offer shipping services to selected GCC and international destinations, subject to courier availability and destination regulations.

All international shipments are handled through third-party logistics providers.


2. Transit Time & Delivery Schedule

Delivery times for GCC and international orders vary significantly and depend on:

  • Mode of transport (air, sea, or land)
  • Destination country
  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Government regulations and policies
  • Courier partner operations

Because of these variables, delivery timelines cannot be guaranteed.

Estimated delivery time will be shared upon inquiry before order confirmation.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are not fixed for GCC and international orders.

Final shipping charges depend on:

  • Delivery address
  • Package dimensions and weight
  • Transport mode
  • Customs requirements

Customers must inquire and confirm shipping costs with our team before placing the order.
Orders will only be processed after shipping charges are approved.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

All customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by customs authorities
  • Additional charges imposed by destination countries
  • Seized or restricted items due to local regulations

5. No Returns Policy (GCC & International)

For GCC and international orders:

Returns, exchanges, and product recalls are strictly not available under any circumstances.

Once an order is shipped internationally, it is considered final and non-returnable.


6. No Refund Policy (GCC & International)

All international and GCC orders are:

Non-refundable and non-cancellable once confirmed and dispatched.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Delays in transit
  • Customs holds
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Refused delivery

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

We are not liable for damages or losses occurring during international transit.

However, we may assist in raising a claim with the courier provider where applicable, but final resolution depends on the courier company’s policies.


8. Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Ensure correct shipping details
  • Verify import regulations in their country
  • Approve shipping cost and timeline before payment

By placing an international or GCC order, the customer confirms acceptance of all risks associated with cross-border shipping.
