At Creative Digital Stamps, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return policy carefully.

Overview

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Customized Products (Important)

Due to the nature of our business, customized and personalized products (printing, stamps, name badges, signage, etc.) are non-refundable and non-returnable once approved and produced.

This includes:

  • Customized Stamps
  • Corporate Gifts branded with your design or logo
  • All Printed items
  • Signages
  • Engraved products

Non-Custom / Ready-Made Products

For non-custom items, you may request a return within 3 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused
  • In original packaging
  • In resalable condition

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will:

  • Replace the item, or
  • Issue a refund (at our discretion)

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to our physical address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item was damaged or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations are not possible.
